Ocean View is a new front line apartment building in the centre of Los Abrigos, which is a small Canarian fishing village oozing charming character. Los Abrigos is located just 10 minutes drive from the southern airport and 15 minutes drive from the livelier resorts of Los Cristianos or Las Americas. From this fishing village you can walk along the coast to “Golf del Sur” which boasts a PGA golf course and has many restaurants, shops, bars and a marina. In the opposite direction about 3 kilometres is “El Medano” which is home to the windsurfing & kite boarding championships and is great for spectating unless you’re energetic enough to join in!

Los Abrigos is a small village with a harbour lined with restaurants serving excellent fish dishes directly from the local fisherman’s catch of the day. You won’t taste fresher fish anywhere! Most of the menus are now available in English and non-fish eaters are also catered for. There are a few gift shops, convenience store, florist, bank, church but it is predominately a quiet village, ideal for relaxing and taking in some of the local culture, walking, cycling or playing golf (nearby).

The apartment building is situated directly on the sea front with fabulous views over the sea. The building has that new pristine feel to it with marble staircase, security front door with intercom from the apartment, lifts to all floors and even has a garage space. The apartment is very spacious, situated on the 1st floor, sleeps up to 4 people and is suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.

Kitchen

The American style kitchen has a granite worktop and is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, kettle, juicer and electric oven/hob. There is also a breakfast bar with stools.

Utility Room

Washer dryer, large boiler for ample hot water, and storage. Iron and ironing board provided.

Lounge

Good size lounge with sofa, British TV system, DVD & CD player with a selection of DVD’s & CD’s, mobile fan, dining table & chairs, and an electric blind. There are patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Balcony

Here you can enjoy the fantastic sea views and watch the local fishermen trawl past in their boats. Patio furniture is supplied. Access to the balcony is via the lounge.
