This apartment has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms is situated on the 2nd floor of the exclusive “Duquessa del Mar” apartments and sleeps up to 6 people. There is lift access, a pool & children’s pool, Jacuzzi and changing facilities within the complex. “Duquessa del Mar” is situated in the resort of Golf del Sur. The resort is about 10 minutes drive from the Southern airport (Reina Sofia) and 15 minutes drive from the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

There is plenty to do in Golf Del Sur even if you don’t play golf!

There is a main commercial centre about 15 minutes walk from Duquessa del Mar that has many shops, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment in the plazas. There is also mini golf, horse riding, a marina, a market, and health spa nearby and most excursions provide transport from Golf Del Sur. For those wanting to do a bit of exploring, if you’re not hiring a car, there is a regular bus service (Bus stop is 2 minutes walk from Duquessa del Mar) with stops to the Canarian fishing village of Las Galletas, Los Cristianos, Las Americas or right round to the west of the island to Los Gigantes, famous for it’s dramatic cliffs.

The complex is well known for its peacefulness and tranquillity and is very secure with the intercom entrance system. There is no evening entertainment, bar/restaurants etc within the complex but there are convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and a cash point 5 just minutes walk from Duquessa del Mar so you don’t have to go far for a morning paper!

The pool is heated and sun beds/shades are available free of charge. Although here is plenty happening nearby, the complex itself is very quiet and geared up for couples and families.

Kitchen

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and electric oven/hob. There is also a table & chairs.

Lounge/Diner

Good size lounge with sofa & sofa bed, ceiling fan, CD player, TV with UK channels, DVD player, selection of books, intercom and air conditioning (optional £20 pw) There are patio doors leading onto the large terrace.

Terrace (Back)

You will be amazed at the size of the terrace, it provides sun & shade, has patio furniture and sun beds. There is also a partial sea view.

Terrace (Front)

From this terrace you have an excellent view of the flat green bowls in the complex “Winter Gardens” next to Duquessa del Mar, which is open to the general public.

Bedroom (Master)

Large bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobe, double bed, linen provided and ceiling fan. Patio doors leading onto terrace. There is also a ensuite off this bedroom.

Vanity unit, bidet, bath with shower attachment.

There is also a safe provided in this apartment. All bed linen and towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels as the apartment towels must not leave the apartment.
