This corner apartment is a duplex (built over 2 levels) and has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. It is situated on the ground & 1st floor of the complex “Las Carabelas” in Torviscas. It sleeps up to 6 people and is fully equipped for self catering. Within the complex there are 2 pools with childrens pools and sunbathing terraces with free sunbeds & shade. There is also a tennis court. “Las Carabelas” is situated in the resort of Torviscas, Las Americas. It takes about 15 minutes in a car or taxi from the Southern airport and is 10 minutes drive from Los Cristianos. The beach is 2 minutes walk!

There is plenty to do in Torviscas with the many shops, restaurants, mini golf, excursion booking offices, commercial centre, beach and marina (which is about 10 minutes walk from the complex). The beach has golden sand and sun beds/umbrellas are available for hire. Many of the bars & restaurants put on entertainment in the evenings. From the marina there are boats trips where you are guaranteed to see whales and those lucky ones may also see dolphins! You can also participate in scuber diving, parasailing, jet skiing, fishing, diving or if you fancy something a bit usual try the underwater scooters!

From inside the complex there is a feeling of calm & tranquillity with the beautiful gardens and attractive buildings, it’s hard to believe that all the hussle & bussle is just a stones throw away as it is so peaceful inside. It’s also a secure complex and has an intercom system at the main entrance. There is no evening entertainment, restaurants or shops within the complex but that really isn’t anything to worry about as everything is on your door step, including a well stocked supermarket.

This complex is ideal for people who like to stay in quiet accommodation but enjoy the buzz and entertainment as soon as they leave the complex. The best of both worlds I’d say!

Kitchen

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, tall standing fridge/freezer, washing machine and electric oven/hob. There is also a granite breakfast bar.

Lounge

Good size lounge with modern cream/beige décor and marble flooring throughout. Leather sofas, hi-fi system with selection of CD’s, TV and DVD player. The high ceilings generally keep the room cool but for those hotter months there is the option to use the air conditioning (£30 per week). There are patio doors leading onto the terrace.

Terrace 1

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea & pool view. It provides sun & shade via a large awning, and has patio furniture

Bedroom 1

Double bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes.

Bathroom (1)

Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with large walk-in electric shower, toilet and sink.

This is the smallest bedroom but still has 2 single beds. Ideal for children.

Bedroom 3 (master)

You will be amazed at the size of this room! Double bed, wardrobes, optional air conditioning (£20 per week), patio doors leading onto terrace.

Full bathroom with bath (shower attachment), toilet, and vanity unit

Terrace 2

From the master bedroom you have another terrace on the pool level.

There is also a safe, iron & board provided in this apartment. All bed linen and towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels as the apartment towels must not leave the apartment.
