This self catering apartment is situated on the 1st (and top) floor and has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The complex is Augusta Park in Amarilla Golf. Within the complex there is a large pool and childrens pool, sunbathing terrace with free sunbeds and shade. There is also a supermarket and plenty of parking. “Augusta Park” is situated in Amarilla Golf which is a quiet and up and coming resort with many facilities and activities nearby. It takes about 10 minutes in a car or taxi from the southern airport and is 10 minutes drive from Los Cristianos. The local golf clubhouse is 5 minutes walk away!

Amarilla Golf, although quiet, still has many things to do such as stroll down to the Marina where there are many boats and fishing trips. There is also a submarine which offers excursions. Near the Marina is a promenade of shops and restaurants. Here you can sample traditional Canarian dishes and a visit to the Japanese Teppanyaki table is a must! Also in Amarilla Golf is horse riding, a handful of bars and a well stocked supermarket. The busier resort of “Golf del Sur” is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, the centre of Golf del Sur (known as “San Blas” is 20 minutes walk) puts on nightly entertainment in the plazas 365 days a year! As the name suggests the golf course surrounds this complex and the Amarilla Golf clubhouse is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Here you can book a round of golf, play pitch & putt or enjoy the restaurant and café. For Christmas & New Year the clubhouse puts on a special meal & entertainment. There is also a cash point here. You do not need to be a member to play this course. About 8 minutes walk in the opposite direction is the Golf del Sur clubhouse, so for golfers this apartment is ideally located. For bowlers, the local Bowling Green is about 10 minutes walk – again no need to be a member, but during the winter periods it is advisable to book in advance.

The complex itself is quiet and peaceful and is popular with residents and tourists. The pool area is normally quiet so reserving sunbeds at an unearthly hour isn’t necessary! The gardens are well manicured and the neighbours are friendly! The local bus stop is 2 minutes walk which will take you to the golden sandy beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

This complex is ideal for people who like to stay in quiet accommodation and don’t mind a 10 minute walk to local restaurants and entertainment.

Good size lounge with 2 & 3 seater sofa, dining table & chairs, TV with UK channels. There are sliding doors leading onto the balcony.

From the balcony you can enjoy stunning sea views. It provides sun most of the day and has patio furniture for dining outside during those warm evenings.

There is also an iron & board in this apartment. All bed linen and towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels as the apartment towels must not leave the apartment. Double glazed throughout.
