This complex is fairly new so still has that pristine feel to it. It’s situated in a frontline position so has fabulous sea & marina views. The communal pool is situated so you can sit by the pool but still enjoy the sea views. Dolphins can often be seen from here!

There are lifts to all floors although this particular apartment has ground floor access. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, cash point machines and entertainment nearby. San Blas shopping centre is about 15 minutes walk along the coastal path where there are more shops, bars and restaurants. You can enjoy live entertainment in the shopping centre plazas 365 days of the year. Many excursions can also be booked just a stones throw away and most provide pick ups from just outside the complex.

There is a large foyer with beautiful plants and can only be accessed by key holders so this complex is very secure. (Although crime rate is very low in this area) The entrance to the apartment is just through the foyer.

The apartment itself sleeps up to 4 people. There is an intercom system for any visitor or if any forgets their main entrance key!

Kitchen

“American Style” kitchen which is fully equipped for self catering with breakfast bar. Includes up right fridge freeze, kettle, toaster, electric hob & oven and microwave.

Lounge

Sofa which also pulls out into a sofa bed, TV with channels in English, DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan, patio doors leading onto balcony.

Balcony

Large balcony which can be accessed from the lounge & bedroom with views of the marina & ocean. Patio dining furniture provided for those whole want to eat outside or just simple enjoy the view with a refreshing drink!

Bedroom

2 single beds, linen provided. Build in wardrobes, safe, ceiling fan, patio doors leading onto balcony.

Bathroom

Full size bath with shower attachment, bidget, marble vanity unit.

All linen & towels provided but please bring your own towels for the pool as linen provided must not leave the apartment.

Weekly linen change for up to 4 weeks, discounts available for longer periods booked.
