This is a detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 storey house in Sunningdale Village which is a prestigious complex situated in the resort of Golf del Sur The resort is about 10 minutes drive from the Southern airport (Reina Sofia) and 15 minutes drive from Los Cristianos.

There is plenty to do in Golf Del Sur even if you don’t play golf!

There is a main commercial centre about 15 minutes walk from Sunningdale that has many shops, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment in the plazas. There is also mini golf, horse riding, a marina, a market, health spa nearby and most excursions provide transport from Golf Del Sur. For those wanting to do a bit of exploring, if you’re not hiring a car, there is a regular bus service (Bus stop is 2 mins walk from Sunningdale) with stops to the Canarian fishing village of Las Galletas, Los Cristianos, Las Americas or right round to the west of the island to Los Gigantes, famous for it’s dramatic cliffs.

There are a few convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and a cash point directly outside Sunningdale so you don’t have to go far for a morning paper!

The complex is well maintained with a reception, immaculate gardens, children’s play area, supermarket, car hire, crazy golf, evening entertainment and internet access. The staff are extremely helpful and speak English. Just beyond reception is a restaurant area and from the bar you can enjoy anything from soft drinks to cocktails and don’t miss “Happy Hour!!”. The pool is heated and has a life guard. Sun beds and shades are available free of charge. Although there is plenty happening nearby, the complex itself is very quiet and geared up for couples and families. There is also a “kids club” where staff organise various activities for your children. Sunningdale Village is a timeshare complex, as well as being privately owned, so the standard is always very high including health & safety regulations.

Kitchen

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle and electric oven/hob. There is also a breakfast bar with stools.

Lounge/Diner

Good size lounge with luxury leather reclining sofa, TV with UK channels, CD player, ceiling fan, dining table and chairs. There are patio doors leading onto the large terrace.

Terrace

Here you can enjoy a large flower boarded terrace with decorative iron grills. Patio furniture is supplied. There is also an awning for those wanting some shade.

Large bedroom with fitted wardrobe, 2 single beds, linen provided and ceiling fan. Patio doors leading out to BBQ area.
